What need to do if the baby monitor can't turn on/ doesn't work?
If the camera light is solid red or there is no indicator light, replace the power adapter/cable to ensure the camera is receiving power.

What can I do if the baby monitor won't pair to the WiFi network?
Flashing white light: Connection is in progress.
Solid white light: The device is working properly.
Flashing between white and red light: Wi-Fi account or password is wrong, please reconnect the wifi signal.Or check the camera model before connect

What should I do if the camera cannot pan and tilt?
The camera needs to be controlled using the directional joystick on the APP interface, rather than clicking on the live stream to rotate the camera. Or re-power the camera and check that the camera master will self-test (auto pan and tilt).
